New at ARSIS Artist Management: Michèle Losier

ARSIS Artist Management is delighted to welcome Canadian mezzo-soprano Michèle Losier to its worldwide general management. Internationally celebrated for her vocally and dramatically compelling role portrayals, the singer is entering into a significant season, in which her highly acclaimed role debut as Kundry in Wagner's Parsifal at the Semperoper Dresden echoes.
Her Dresden Kundry has drawn strong critical acclaim: the FAZ praised that she “sings this role with dark passion, dignified even in despair”, while operateatro.it highlighted that she was “showcasing not only her talent as an excellent phraser, but also a dense vocal line and soaring high notes.” She reprises the role in Dresden in 2026/27 and makes her Bayreuth Festival debut as Sundry under Christian Thielemann.
Michèle Losier's new season opens with Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni at Hamburg State Opera, followed by Elijah at Teatro del Maggio Musicale in Florence, Guinèvre in Joncières’ Lancelot with the Munich Radio Orchestra, a return to Donna Elvira in Montreal, and Athénaïs in Hahn’s La Carmélite at Müpa Budapest
Losier has appeared in theaters including the Vienna State Opera, Opéra national de Paris, Teatro alla Scala, the Salzburg Festival, and the Metropolitan Opera.
