New at ARSIS Artist Management: Michèle Losier

ARSIS Artist Management is delighted to welcome Canadian mezzo-soprano Michèle Losier to its worldwide general management. Internationally acclaimed for her vocally and dramatically compelling portrayals, the singer faces a significant season, including her highly anticipated role debut as Kundry in Wagner's Parsifal at the Semperoper Dresden echoes.
Her Dresden Kundry has drawn strong notices: the FAZ praised that she “sings this role with a dark intensity, maintaining her dignity even in moments of despair”, while operateatro.it highlighted that “in addition to her exceptional phrasing skills, she boasts a dense vocal line and soaring high notes.” She reprises Kundry in Dresden in 2026/27 and makes her Bayreuth Festival debut in the role under Christian Thielemann.
The new season opens with Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni at Hamburg State Opera, followed by Elijah at Teatro del Maggio Musicale in Florence, Guinèvre in Joncières’ Lancelot with the Munich Radio Orchestra, a return to Donna Elvira in Montreal, and Athénaïs in Hahn’s La Carmélite at Müpa Budapest
Losier has appeared in theaters including the Vienna State Opera, Opéra national de Paris, Teatro alla Scala, the Salzburg Festival, and the Metropolitan Opera.
