Three ARSIS conductors lead the Orchestre Philharmonique de Monte-Carlo

ARSIS conductors Philippe Jordan, Simone Young and Bertrand de Billy will conduct the Orchestre Philharmonique de Monte-Carlo in the coming months, thus underlining the long-standing artistic relationship between ARSIS artists and one of Europe's leading orchestras.
Philippe Jordan and Simone Young will conduct two concerts in the traditional summer series held in the Courtyard of Honor of the Prince's Palace . This series is one of the highlights of Monaco's cultural life and brings internationally renowned conductors and soloists to one of the world's most extraordinary open-air venues. On July 9, Philippe Jordan will conduct Mahler's Symphony No. 5. Simone Young follows on July 12 with a program that includes Mendelssohn's Overture to A Midsummer Night's Dream , Elgar's Cello Concerto with Pablo Ferrández as soloist, and Mozart's Symphony No. 41 in C major, K. 551 "Jupiter".
Bertrand de Billy will conduct the opening concert of the new season at the Auditorium Rainier III in Monaco on September 13. The program includes Dutilleux's Cello Concerto Tout un monde lointain… with Truls Mørk as soloist, and Ravel's Daphnis et Chloé , Suites Nos. 1 and 2.
