Tobias Kratzer's production of Richard Strauss's "Intermezzo," conducted by Sir Donald Runnicles, returns to the Deutsche Oper Berlin in March, having premiered in April 2024—100 years after its first performance in Dresden in 1924. Experience Maria Bengtsson's portrayal of Christine, the wife of Court Kapellmeister Robert Storch, sung by Philipp Jekal, in these final three performances of the opera this season.
