SLÁVKA ZÁMEČNÍKOVÁ makes her role debut as Gilda in “Rigoletto” at the Opéra National de Paris
Slovak soprano Slávka Zámecniková makes her highly anticipated role debut as Gilda in Claus Guth's production of Verdi's "Rigoletto" at the Opéra National de Paris in the 2024/25 season. This new milestone marks a significant return to the Paris Opera House, where she previously made a critically acclaimed debut as Musetta in "La Bohème." Andrea Battistoni will conduct these performances.
Zámecniková is considered one of the most exciting artists of her generation and has already delighted audiences at renowned venues such as the Vienna State Opera, the Berlin State Opera, and the International May Festival in Wiesbaden. Her role debut as Gilda is a standout highlight of the upcoming season.

In addition to her engagement in Paris, Slávka Zámecniková will also perform Ilia in "Idomeneo" at the Theater an der Wien and the Berlin State Opera in the 2024/25 season, make her house debut as Musetta at the Semperoper Dresden, and return to the Vienna State Opera as Pamina in "The Magic Flute" and Susanna in "The Marriage of Figaro." She will also sing Daria in "Prima la Mamma!" at the Deutsche Oper am Rhein.
Her recent successes include her acclaimed debut as Donna Anna under the direction of Daniel Barenboim, the title role in "Poppea" in Vienna and Berlin, and outstanding performances as Contessa, Norina, Nannetta, Micaëla, Sophie, and Servilia. Slávka Zámecniková's artistic work has garnered international recognition on both the opera and concert stages.
