Eve-Maud Hubeaux celebrates great success as Amneris in Aida at this year's Salzburg Festival.

In Elena Stikhina, she has a seemingly subservient Aida as her rival, to whom Stikhina lends vocal drama, great lightness, and virtuosity. Piotr Beczala is also noble as Radamès.
