LE NOZZE DI FIGARO

Emmanuel Tjeknavorian will conduct Mozart's Le nozze di Figaro in Claus Guth's acclaimed production. The production premiered at the Salzburg Festival in 2006 and is now being performed in Italy for the first time.

With Le nozze di Figaro, Tjeknavorian continues his operatic work, which is increasingly becoming an important part of his artistic activities alongside his successful work in the symphonic field. Since taking up his post as Music Director of the Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano in September 2024, he has been a regular presence on international concert and opera stages. In May 2026, he conducted Verdi's Un ballo in maschera to great acclaim at the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino .

“What the audience needs is passion, passion, passion,” said Tjeknavorian – a credo that perfectly encapsulates the energy and dedication of his approach to both operatic and symphonic repertoire.
